Swim: 12:04 No wetsuit for 784m (think GPS had this too long)
Stupid goggles. Got bumped within 50m and they filled up right away. Usually, on the rare occasion this happens, I can still see and navigate and just deal with it, but not this time. Tried a little water tread twice to fix but no luck. Kept going for a bit and couldn't see much so said f this and just pulled googles under chin. Lost 30" probably with this technical issue. Mad because I was on Andrew Taylor's feet. Good news is my swim fitness is better. Realistically an 1130 on that swim with nobody to draft off of and faster if I held feet.
Weird that they didn't make everyone going for awards non wetsuit and not just those going for world's. Ryan Power would've been ahead of Jesse and I would've win my AG. I talked to the guy ahead of me in my AG and he said he was wearing a wetsuit, so he wasn't going for world's. . I didn't make a fuss because I should have my world's spot and if they take my age up placing, because I'll be 50 next year, I should still be good because Andrew Taylor, who was ahead of me, said he already had his spot.

Dizzy. And slow running. Need to practice longer runs out of the water in my next SBR workout.
Bike: 27:50 for 18.4km (39.6km/h) Including 8 x 180 turns. 299W NP.
Deliberately stayed within myself because I was worried about heating up too much. Don't know if this was a good strategy or not because I wasn't satisfied with my run.

Didn't do so well in the heat. Maybe a little gun shy mentally because I melted in the hear early on in the week. If my HR was any indication, and was accurate, I had a lot more in me.
